Chile Cheese Bread

I don’t know where this recipe came from, but oh mama is it delicious.

Chile Cheese Bread (pictured with Spicy Steak with Polenta)

  • 1/4 c. light mayo
  • 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack
  • 1 can diced green chiles
  • Dash tabasco
  • 1 loaf French bread

Cut French bread in half lengthwise. Place on grill for 3-5 minutes. Smother the bread with the delicious cheese mixture and allow to melt on top rack of the grill for 10-15 minutes.

Devour.
