Pineapple jalapeño salsa

Sometimes the simplest ingredients taste so wonderfully fresh together.

Pineapple, jalapeño, red onion, lime juice, salt, and pepper.

Easy peasy! Especially if instead of causing a mess in your kitchen you choose to go to the salad bar to pick up your pineapple slices.

I served this over swordfish — grilled for 5 minutes per side and squeezed with lime juice.

Yummmmmmmy.
